Why G&S?

G&S Solar has been involved in the renewable energy sector for over a decade and has over 30 years of industrial, residential and retail real estate construction experience. As property owners ourselves, we understand and respect the value of the real estate and work to the highest standards to protect it, and have created flexibility in our program to address these needs. We take care of the design, engineering, installation, operations and maintenance at NO COST to you.

What is a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)?

With a solar PPA, G&S designs, finances, and installs a solar energy system on your property and sells you the electricity it produces at a rate lower than what is offered by your utility.

What We Build

Future Program: Community Solar

Community Solar is a program which allows property owners to “host” a solar array on their property. The electricity is supplied to the surrounding community, while the host collects annual rent and enjoys a discount on their electric bill. With community solar, the size of your system is not limited by your electricity usage and can be maximized to the capacity of your property.

New Jersey Community Solar is currently in its pilot program stage. While participation is limited at the moment, the State is working to expand this opportunity soon.
