Who We Are

Gregg Wasser is the founder and manager of G&S Investors. Over his career Mr. Wasser has developed over 3.0 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in the New York metro area including the 500,000 square foot Waterfront at Port Chester, the 120,000 square foot Livingston Shopping Center, and the 300,000 square foot Mt. Vernon Shopping Center. G&S Investors has specialized in successfully completing complicated developments that have zoning, environmental and/or physical issues.

John Faltings is G&S Investors’ Vice President of Development and Construction and the President of G&S Solar. While at G&S Investors, John has led the construction of the 500,000 square foot Waterfront at Port Chester and the 300,000 square foot Mount Vernon Shopping Center. Prior to joining G&S Investors, John held various senior positions at Fortune 500 companies including Senior Vice President of Design, Construction and Development at Loews Cineplex Entertainment, Director of Architecture and Director of Construction at Toys “R” Us as well as various engineering and construction positions at Mobil Oil Corporation. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

David Katz is the Senior Director of Renewable Energy at G&S Solar. He has nearly a decade of professional solar experience in both the commercial/industrial and residential markets as well as state policy. He has developed, operated, and managed over 7,000 residential projects and over half a billion dollars of commercial/industrial projects.

Prior to joining G&S Solar, David was a leader in the advent of the New York Community Solar Market, working for the City University of New York educating individuals on New York’s renewable energy crediting mechanism, the Value of Distributed Energy Resources (VDER).

David received his master’s degree in Environmental Policy from Columbia University and his joint bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and SUNY-Environmental Science and Forestry.

Doug Riley is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in commercial and financial transactions, particularly in the areas of land use, real estate and environmental regulation. Mr. Riley received his Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and also attended the Johns Hopkins University Center for International Studies in Bologna, Italy. Mr. Riley received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining G&S, Mr. Riley was Corporate Counsel to retailer Costco Wholesale Corporation of Issaquah, Washington, and Assistant General Counsel to electronics manufacturer Wang Laboratories, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts. Mr. Riley also served as Assistant City Solicitor to the City of Newton, Massachusetts.

Bill is a Licensed Master Electrician with over 30 years experience in the electrical industry, the last 14 of which have been almost exclusively in the Solar PV industry.  Over the last 6 years he has supervised the installation of over 90MW of solar systems on commercial and municipal rooftops as well as standalone multi MW solar farms. Mr. O’Connor is experienced in all aspects of installs and NEC electrical code requirements and is responsible for all aspects of installations from project and personnel management, site supervision, scheduling and ongoing O&M operations.

Thomas Storck is G&S’s Solar Project Manager, responsible for interconnection management, proposal writing, marketing & graphic design, policy research, and data analysis. Previously, he served as a Solar Project Assistant for Sustainable CUNY, providing program and project support for solar programs across New York State. Thomas earned his B.S. in Environmental Science from Drexel University and his M.S. in Urban Environmental Systems Management from Pratt Institute, where he focused on sustainable energy systems.

Ezra Green began his career as a computer programmer for a fortune 500 company in 1977. After several years of developing software structure, Mr. Green moved on to the world of high-end restoration construction and was listed in the prestigious Franklin Report as one of the top 100 contractors in NYC and vicinity.

At the end of the 90’s Mr. Green expanded his company into the energy market, developing  some of the most complex solar energy systems of the time. After developing these projects in California for several years, Mr. Green expanded operations to the east coast and eventually internationally to Larisa, Greece and Uttar Pradesh, India where he entered into an agreement with members of Parliament.

Mr. Green has been the CEO of several public technology companies and sat on the Board of a Swiss wind energy company. Mr. Green’s focus has been on next generation technologies and has been a repeat guest of the Fox Business channel and multiple media outlets. Mr. Green has several patents in wireless data communication, guidance systems and drone development.

Skyler is the Vice President of Sales at G&S. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business. Skyler has spent his entire career specializing in solar development including projects as large as a 10 MW system. With an understanding of the financial benefits and smart growth, Skyler is passionate about the benefits of solar energy.
